Next Level Personal Growth

An In-Person Experiential Program

with Suzanne Pruss & Stan Cohen

October 22–25, 2026

Dobbs Ferry, New York

This program is an invitation to pause, reflect, and reconnect with what feels like your next level of personal growth.

Rather than following a fixed curriculum, this experience will be shaped by the participants themselves. Through a brief pre-program survey, we will design the content to meet you where you are — and support where you feel called to go next.

Whether you are newer to personal development or have been on this path for many years, this program offers a grounded, supportive space to explore what is true for you now.

What You Can Expect:

Clarity around what is working — and what may no longer be

A deeper understanding of current challenges or areas of discomfort

A supportive, non-judgmental environment to explore, reflect and transform

Experiential learning — not lecture-based

Practical tools and perspectives to continue your growth beyond the program

We look forward to gathering together in person and creating a meaningful, supportive experience — shaped by those who attend.

Suzanne is an exceptional teacher. She has a way of making complex ideas feel simple, clear, and immediately applicable. Her warmth and authenticity create a learning environment that feels both supportive and engaging, and her energy brings a natural sense of ease and connection to the group. I left not only with new understanding, but with a real ability to apply what I learned in my life.

A.T.

I have come to hear and know myself much more intimately, and have made new and happier choices as a result. Stan’s peaceful, loving and accepting presence is a gift to any self- inquiring person.
